Power Against Fraud Seminar
The Sacramento Sheriff’s and the Volunteers In Partnership with the Sheriff (VIPS) invite you to a FREE seminar aimed at equipping individuals with the knowledge and resources to prevent fraud.
Our Volunteers with the Sacramento Sheriff's Office use a 1-hour PowerPoint presentation illustrating some of the most common frauds. The goal is to bring awareness by starting a conversation around fraud, encouraging individuals to ask questions, be cautious when approached by people asking for money or personal information, and hopefully avoid becoming a victim of fraud.
