Find your balance and build your confidence!
A Matter of Balance is an award-winning program designed to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels. Through group discussion, practical strategies, and gentle exercises, participants will learn to view falls as controllable, set goals for increasing activity, and make changes to reduce fall risks at home.

This supportive, small-group setting helps build strength, flexibility, and balance while connecting with others who share the same goals. Perfect for anyone concerned about falls, wanting to stay active, or looking to regain confidence in daily movement.
