Join Us For Pilates at Gibbons Community Center!

This full-body workout blends Pilates-inspired exercises with strength and toning moves to help you build stability, improve posture, and increase muscle endurance. Using bodyweight and simple equipment, we’ll focus on controlled movements that strengthen your core while sculpting and defining the rest of your body. Options are provided to make the class as gentle or as challenging as you need.

⏱️Dates and Time: Thursday 4:30 - 5:15pm  &  5:30 - 6:15pm

We are proud to introduce our Pilates instructor, Cindy! I found Pilates in 2020, at a time when so much felt uncertain and out of my control. I was looking for a way to feel strong, not just physically, but mentally as well. I was drawn to how intentional the movement felt: controlled, challenging, and deeply connected to breath. Over time, Pilates became more than a workout for me. It became a way to rebuild strength, self-love and gratitude. It became a way to move with intention and appreciate my body in a deeper way.
