Join Us For Zumba Gold at Gibbons Community Center!

This class is for those who are looking for a modified, low-impact, and easy-to-follow dance fitness program that focuses on balance, range of motion, and coordination. Have fun enjoying different genres like salsa, cha-cha, mambo, swing, and other international rhythms. Dance to music from the golden era 40s-60s up to modern popular tunes. Who knew exercise could be so much fun? Perfect for active seniors and beginners. Zumba Gold is for everyone!
