Join Us For Zumba Gold Seated at Gibbons Community Center!

Zumba Gold Seated is a modified Zumba class designed for individuals with mobility or balance issues, or those who prefer to exercise in a seated position. It features low to medium intensity, easy-to-follow choreography adapted for chair exercises, it promotes posture, core strength and focuses on a fun way to exercise and stay active!
